Global Corporate Digital Service Manager

For our Global HQ, we are currently looking for a Corporate Digital Services Manager

responsible for designing effective and innovative digital services for the company, constantly benchmarking against competition and best practices and leading continuous improvement in the industry.


ROLE PURPOSE

  • Build an understanding of trends and best practices in digital services for the industry, identifying new opportunities for the company
  • Define the vision for company's digital services and shape the digital offering, roadmap and evolutions
  • Lead all the design thinking activities, engaging customers to test understanding, refine requirements and design compelling solutions
  • Manage the interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Constantly monitor adoption, usage, performances and KPIs for the services
  • Analyse data and user interactions to identify potential gaps and improvements

CRUCIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 5/7+ years of experience in design of digital services on different touchpoints (mobile apps, web, internal platforms)
  • Experience in design thinking approaches
  • Extensive knowledge of User Experience and Interaction design
  • Knowledge of Android, iOS and web platforms


GENERAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Experience with data analysis and A/B testing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or Business/Management


MANAGERIAL SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

  • Attitude to work in team in challenging and fast changing environments
  • Experience with team management
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
