Oliver James Associates are working on a fantastic new role with a global insurance firm. Our client is in a period a growth and as such require an experienced insurance accountant to join their leadership team during this exciting time.
This is a strategic hire within the business which will require a well rounded and experienced accountant.
You will lead a team of 6-8 accountants and ensure all financial reporting obligations are met. You will oversee quarterly and annual CBI regulatory returns (QRT's). You will provide management information and lead the day-to-day management of the Financial Reporting team.
- Qualified Accountant, minimum 5 years PQE
- Management experience, a proven ability to manage and motivate your team
- Insurance experience is a pre-requisite for this role
- Solvency II reporting experience
