The new venture is the producer and global online distributor of a large variety of subscription-box products aimed at adults and kids.

It operates under a new brand and identity.

Initial launch was executed in the Italian market during January 2020 as a way of pilot, then fast international roll-out is planned within 2020 and onwards.

Chief Marketing Officer primary goal is to develop and implement the brand and marketing strategy, recruiting, leading and inspiring a talented team of specialists.

Ensuring all marketing and brand activities are consistent with the growth objective of the business

Main activities

Lead the development, planning and execution of multi-channel customer acquisition and growth strategies.

Develop and implement brand and positioning strategy

Define all acquisition and retention marketing actions.

Be responsible for driving profitable growth from paid marketing initiatives (social, SEM, affiliate etc.).

Review and manage content/owned social media marketing strategy

Define, track and monitor KPIs

Manage the marketing budget, suggesting continuous improvement

Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
